The historic Mylor harbour is just a five minutes drive away which offers sailing schools, boat hire, marina facilities also an excellent wine bar and fish restaurant. Creek side and coastal walks are amongst the finest in the area.
This beautiful new house has been lovingly furnished and decorated, with marble floors throughout the ground floor, warmed by under floor heating for year round comfort. There is ample off road parking to front of the house, along with a garage perfect for storing bikes, canoes and dinghies. At the back of the house is the lawn perfect for those evening barbecues.

This beautiful new house has been lovingly furnished and decorated, with marble floors throughout the ground floor, warmed by under floor heating for year round comfort. The substantial fully fitted kitchen has a double electric oven, a large induction hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, beautiful granite work surfaces, along with a spacious dining area with a large table seating eight, French doors lead out onto the front deck.
The comfortable sitting room has a welcoming wood burning stove, large flat screen TV and French doors lead to the spacious, south and west facing deck. Also on the ground floor is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin. Stairs lead to the garden door, then up to the three bedrooms. The master double bedroom with Juliet balcony has a stone tiled en suite bathroom, with bath, separate shower, toilet and wash hand basin. One further double bedroom and a twin bedded room share the family bathroom, with bath, shower above, toilet and wash hand basin.
