Staysouthwest.com is not an agent for and does not vouch for those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods or services may be displayed or referred to in this Site nor for the availability, suitability or prices of such goods and services nor for the legal entitlement, competences, professional qualifications, trade certifications or memberships of trade associations of such persons companies or other organisations.
Staysouthwest.com advises users to satisfy themselves as to the exact type and nature of goods or services being offered or qualifications held by those persons, companies and other organisations whose goods or services may be displayed or referred to in this Site.

Your feedback will be sent to the team at staysouthwest.com, as well as being copied directly to the property at which you stayed.
Your feedback may be used on the property listing, to provide additional information on the accommodation to other users of the site, and other people looking to stay there. By submitting the form you are agreeing to us using this information. We do moderate the feedback, to ensure fair and decent content across the site.
We will not list your name or contact details, but they will be passed to the property owner so that they can respond to you directly.
If your comments are negative or you have a complaint against the property, then we encourage the property owners to respond directly to you. We monitor their responses to help ensure that matters are resolved.
Any comment or complaint regarding your stay with one of our accommodation partners should be made to the Manager or Owner at the time of visit, so that the matter can be resolved immediately. If complaints about accommodation partners are received by staysouthwest.com we will forward them immediately to the accommodation partner to deal with directly.
4 - LIABILITY
Because participating Accommodation Partners control the data featured on this website, StaySouthWest Ltd cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any of the information. As a result, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, costs or damages incurred as a result of using this Site. The accuracy of the information on this website is the sole responsibility of the owners of the properties.
By accepting these terms of use you acknowledge and agree that any contract will be with the accommodation provider or other service provider from which you book or purchase services and that StaySouthWest Ltd shall not in any way be responsible to you for the provision of accommodation or any other service following your reservation.
You expressly agree that :
1 - Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site and the content available on it (whether relating to accommodation providers, or other information posted by staysouthwest.com or third parties) is provided free of charge and on an "as is" and "as available" basis. staysouthwest.com expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but without limitation, any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. As stated above, any contract will be with the supplier of the accommodation or other service, and accordingly we shall have no liability to you in respect of any the services supplied or your use of the website and/or its content, and such liability shall be excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms of use shall operate to exclude or limit the liability of staysouthwest.com for fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
2 - Staysouthwest.com makes no warranty that :

(iii) information on the Site will be accurate or reliable;

5 - QUALITY STANDARDS
Staysouthwest.com gives accommodation partners the opportunity to display any ratings or awards on their individual entries. However StaySouthWest Ltd gives no confirmation or guarantee of the description or standard of the property in the listings published.
