Kingskerswell is located in the south east of Devon. It lies in between Newton Abbot to the north and Torquay to the south and is near to the beautiful Dartmoor National Park.
The old part of the village is pretty and quaint with thatched roofed cottages, an ancient church and manor house and a brook running through the churchyard.
There are several listed buildings in the village, including the Church of St. Mary, built in the 14th century that has three l4th century effigies within the church. The village also has a health centre, a variety of small shops including a chemist, a post office and a co-op and a library.
