Following the successful launch of staysouthwest.com in August 2007, it has grown rapidly and is now performing well with growing visitor numbers, and a quickly improving presence on the key search engines.
Staysouthwest.com has been set up by a group of industry experts who, from their experience in creating web sites and running accommodation businesses, realised that the needs of both sides - accommodation partners and customers - were not yet being wholly met on one web site.
As it is designed from scratch, the site is optimised for search engines, and the team's experience in marketing accommodation businesses on-line will ensure that the marketing plan will be effective in getting the site quickly established.

The annual listing rate is currently £65 per annum per property.
Every listing is inclusive of :
- Detailed description of your property
- Up to 10 images
- Your video
- Links through to your own web site
- Interactive Google mapping and directions
- Full listing on the site against all relevant search criteria
- Ability to amend and update your listings at any point through the year
- Customer enquiries delivered direct to your email
- Any customer feedback on your property sent immediately to your email
- Genuine customer reviews can be posted to your property page
- Feature postings on our Facebook and Twitter pages

Images
- You can add up to 10 of your own images to your listing.
- If you do not have enough images of your own, we can select additional images for you to use for free, from the StaySouthWest image library.
- If you feel your existing photography is not doing justice to your product, StaySouthWest is offering a photography service for our accommodation partners. For just £155 we can arrange for a photographer to visit your site and supply you with all the high resolution images for your own use, as well as for use on staysouthwest.com.
Multiple Listings
If you have a group of ten or more properties that you would like to list on staysouthwest.com, we can offer you a 10% discount. Please contact us for more details.

LISTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rates quoted are for a 12 months listing staysouthwest.com, starting from the Live Date (the first day the property goes live).
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Our aim would be to get a property listing live on the site as soon after your order is placed as possible.
On placing your order, you will be sent an invoice for your annual listing. Payment will need to be received within 14 days of the listing going live. If the invoice is not paid within the 14 days, your listing on StaySouthWest will be suspended until payment is received.
Images can be forwarded to 
where they will be formatted and loaded onto the site for you.
There is no refund available for properties whose listing is deleted or cancelled before the end of the 12 month term.
In placing a listing, the Advertiser confirms that they have full permissions and copyright to use the content and images that they are loading or supplying to staysouthwest.com, and give staysouthwest.com permission to display any such materials on their web sites, and in any of their online or offline marketing materials.
Any customer enquiries and production reports will be delivered to the Advertiser by email. Staysouthwest.com cannot make any guarantees as to the level of enquiries or the visitors to the site. Staysouthwest.com cannot be responsible for the safe delivery of enquiries and reports, however copies will be kept on our records and we will be happy to resend emails on request.
Staysouthwest.com cannot guarantee 100% service of the site, but we have taken significant steps to ensure a robust and secure hosting environment. If you find the site is not available at any point, please report it to us immediately. If you have reported the site to be down, and it remains down for a 24 hour period or longer, this time will be credited to you at the end of your listing agreement.
Once a property listing is built, an invoice will be raised and sent by email. Payment can be made by securely on line using the PaylPal service, by BACS transfer to the StaySites Ltd bank account, using your property name as the reference, or by cheque sent to StaySites Ltd, South Lodge, Gerway Lane, Ottery St Mary, Devon, EX11 1PW.
