The annual listing rate is currently £55 per annum per property.

Every listing is inclusive of :

• Up to 8 images with captions featured as "alt tags"

• Full listing on the site against all relevant search criteria
• Ability to amend and update your listings at any point through the year
• Customer enquiries delivered direct to your email
• Monthly site feedback and results delivered direct to your email
• Any customer feedback on your property sent immediately to your email
• Genuine customer reviews can be posted to your property page

Add a live link directly to your own web site or booking engine for only £10 per listing.

LISTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates quoted are for a 12 months listing staysouthwest.com, starting from the Live Date (the first day the property goes live).

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Our aim would be to get a property listing live on the site as soon after your order is placed as possible.

On placing your order, you will be sent an invoice for your annual listing. Payment will need to be received within 28 days of the listing going live. If the invoice is not paid within the 28 days, your listing on staysouthwest will be suspended until payment is received.

Images can be forwarded to images@staysouthwest.com where they will be formatted and loaded onto the site for you.

There is no refund available for properties whose listing is deleted or cancelled before the end of the 12 month term.

In placing a listing, the Advertiser confirms that they have full permissions and copyright to use the content and images that they are loading or supplying to staysouthwest.com, and give staysouthwest.com permission to display any such materials on their web sites, and in any of their online or offline marketing materials.

Any customer enquiries and production reports will be delivered to the Advertiser by email. Staysouthwest.com cannot make any guarantees as to the level of enquiries or the visitors to the site. Staysouthwest.com cannot be responsible for the safe delivery of enquiries and reports, however copies will be kept on our records and we will be happy to resend emails on request.

Staysouthwest.com cannot guarantee 100% service of the site, but we have taken significant steps to ensure a robust and secure hosting environment. If you find the site is not available at any point, please report it to us immediately. If you have reported the site to be down, and it remains down for a 24 hour period or longer, this time will be credited to you at the end of your listing agreement.

Once a property listing is live on the site, an invoice will be raised and issued. Payment can be made by BACS transfer to the staysouthwest.com bank account, number 83039250, sort code 203047 using your property name as the reference, or by cheque sent to StaySouthWest Ltd, Ampthill House, 1 Orchard Close, Ottery St Mary, Devon, EX11 1HT.
